Ms. Gladson was the Associate Vice Chancellor and Campus Architect for the University of California, Irvine for 20 years and was responsible for managing over 4.9 billion (current dollars) of projects ranging from a $60M co-gen chiller plant expansion to a $650M hospital, including design, construction, inspection and contracting.
In 2008, Rebekah established rggroup global to provide consultation to owners on program management, building integrated teams and utilizing innovative project delivery processes for healthcare and university projects.
Spearheading the broad acceptance of all project delivery methods ranging from Design Bid Build and the highly successful Design Build processes. Through her efforts, UCI and other public and private owners have become known in the industry for best value delivery of projects, balanced risk, active tools for promoting innovation, life-cycle cost decisions, and industry best practices of BIM and lean construction.

Under Ms. Gladson’s leadership, UCI’s Design & Construction Services received many national and regional awards for design and building excellence. In 2006 alone, UCI was named Owner of the Year by the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) and Ms. Gladson was personally honored with the Brunelleschi Lifetime Achievement Award from the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), as well as the Client Achievement Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects, California Council (AIACC). In 2008, Rebekah Gladson received the coveted S.I.R. Award from Associated General Contractors (AGC) of California.
Sought after for her expertise, Ms. Gladson frequently lectures at, and consults with both public and private owners, medical centers, universities, and professional organizations throughout the U.S. and abroad, focusing on alternative construction delivery methods, managing the implementation of capital projects, and leadership and strategic problem-solving. Her Keynote Address to the Asia Bridge Summit 2008 at Kyoto University in Shanghai, China, introduced critical new concepts to this international conference of design and construction professionals. Past Chair of the National Board for the DBIA, Ms. Gladson serves on the boards of various professional and academic institutions.
Rebekah Gladson holds a Masters of Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and certificates from the Institute for Executive Leadership and Management at Stanford University and the University of California Management Institute. In 2008, Ms. Gladson was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects.
Mr. Cooley has 33 years of experience in the high tech laboratory and aquatic design industry. His background includes meeting the unique challenges of applying sanitary engineering processes to laboratory facilities, algae research facilities, marine parks and aquaculture/aquarium systems. His expertise includes both fresh and saltwater systems culturing marine and freshwater mammals and marine fish and invertebrates.
Mr. Cooley is a published authority on the design of technologically advanced water treatment plants designed to meet the extreme and diverse needs of a wide variety of aquatic environments. While at other firms, Mr. Cooley has designed systems ranging in cost from $500K to $250M.

Fadi has spent over 20 years in the design and construction of major academic, lab and healthcare projects. His diversified expertise spans from the conceptual planning and programming phases to project commissioning and close-out.
Fadi has managed sizable teams of Architects, Engineers and Contractors, advising on risk, quality control, feasibility, sustainability and constructability. Fadi’s substantial backgound in construction administration and building systems coordination enables him to dive into the details as necessary, all while maintaining global project oversight.
With a particular focus on cost and schedule-critical problem solving, and a keen interest in delivering projects that exceed quality expectations, Fadi’s leadership and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset on the rggroup team.
Fadi is currently the lead Senior Project Manager for rggroup at the Ventura County Medical Center Replacement Hospital project. He is also a key member of the Executive Risk Assessment Team on the Midfield Satellite Concourse North Project at LAX, advising the project management team and leadership on Design Build Best Practices.

Ray has over 10 years of experience in contract administration and on-site construction management on large and technically challenging projects. His experience includes research, healthcare, academic, and hospitality buildings.
Ray plays a key role in the coordination between all project stakeholders, engaging the appropriate resources and developing practical and timely solutions. Ray has worked on several public and private projects for a variety of Clients, Owners and organizational structures such as Counties, Cities, and the University of California.
Mr. Chandler also works closely with the General Contractor and multiple Subcontractors to solve coordination and constructability issues. He is currently the Construction Manager on the Ventura County Medical Center Replacement Hospital project.

Mr. Jansen is an experienced management professional with a portfolio of more than 75 major capital improvement projects, including over $2.5 billion of improvements at the University of California, Irvine. Evan’s complex accounting, contract analysis, and overall management skills have been key to the success of the $650 million Douglas Hospital at UCI. He has worked with project teams to deliver 19 major science and laboratory buildings and manages the contract procurement process from RFQ through RFP to the successful award and administration of the Best Value / Best Qualified Design Build Construction contract. In addition to Contracts Administration, he is also responsible for the development of capital budgets, tracking of active project budgets, preparation of monthly management reports, oversight and accounting of financial and accounting units and support of project managers and senior managers on the tracking of capital programs.
