Development of complex and custom fire rating and interior framing details.
Coordination and conflict resolution between engineering disciplines, structural, and architectural drawings
Implementation of lessons learned from prior hospital construction projects to ensure maximum efficiency and streamline the resolution of typical issues.

Seismic upgrades and remodel of existing Merle Norman pavillion wing. Construction accomplished via multiple phases to maintain existing hospital operations.

Lead architectural construction administration.
Overseeing and coordinating with on-site team of engineers, architects and support staff.
Daily Owner meetings and Daily Field Walks with Contractor.
Leading complex (BIM) coordination sessions between all parties.
Managing document preparation schedule & performing QC on Change documents.

While at Hospital Designers Inc. (HBE Corporation), Fadi Nassar, now of rggroup, was Senior Contract Administrator on this project.
Responsibilities included:
Contract Administration and on-site project management for the Architecture and Engineering Team.
Coordination and follow up with OSHPD and vendors re: deferred approvals (medical equipment, MEP, and elevator seismic anchorage).
Coordination between the construction and design arms of the Design-Build firm.
Verification of change order costs and merits, and the development of ROMs, change requests.
Performing quality control on change orders, review changes with all parties (IOR, Construction group, OSHPD).
